All products are made to order. Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

SHIPPING & FULFILMENT
Orders are fulfilled through global production partners and shipped directly to the customer.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, Connect Cultr is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the made to order nature of our products, all sales are final.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

SERVICE DELIVERY
All services are executed on a best effort basis using a combination of internal strategies and third party platforms.
Typical campaign duration ranges between 28 to 65 days depending on scope and package.
PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER

OVERLAPPING PROMOTIONS
Running multiple promotional campaigns simultaneously, including services outside of Connect Cultr, may negatively impact performance.
Connect Cultr is not responsible for reduced results caused by overlapping promotions.

REPORTING

REFUNDS & SERVICE POLICY
All sales are final once a campaign has commenced.
Refunds will not be provided for:

In cases where a campaign significantly underdelivers based on internal assessment, Connect Cultr may offer service credits or discounted future services at its sole discretion.
SUBMISSION APPROVAL & CREDIT POLICY
All submissions are subject to review and approval by Connect Cultr and its network partners. We reserve the right to decline any submission that does not meet quality standards, audience fit, or platform suitability.
If a submission is not approved and we are unable to proceed with the service, a refund may be issued.
Any approved refund will reflect only the amount received by Connect Cultr after payment processing fees and transaction costs have been deducted.
Where applicable, clients may choose to submit a revised or replacement track. In this case, the original payment may be credited toward a new campaign instead of issuing a refund..
