ORDERS & CAMPAIGN SETUP
Campaigns begin only after all required assets, links, and onboarding information have been submitted and approved.
Delays in submitting required materials may delay campaign commencement.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all submitted links, music files, artwork, videos, and promotional materials are accurate and functional.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
All pricing displayed on this website is listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required prior to campaign commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
Connect Cultr reserves the right to update pricing, packages, offers, or service inclusions at any time without prior notice.
ERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER
No specific results are guaranteed.
Connect Cultr does not guarantee:
• Specific stream counts
• Playlist placements
• Virality or algorithmic reach
• Follower increases
• Revenue outcomes
• Engagement levels
• Audience retention
Campaign performance may vary depending on factors including genre, competition, content quality, audience behaviour, release timing, platform algorithms, and external market conditions.
Estimated reach figures displayed throughout this website are averages only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.
OVERLAPPING PROMOTIONS
Running multiple promotions simultaneously, including services purchased outside of Connect Cultr, may negatively impact campaign performance.
Connect Cultr is not responsible for reduced performance caused by overlapping promotions, artificial activity, conflicting advertising strategies, or external marketing interference.
PLATFORM DEPENDENCY
All services rely partly on third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Spotify, Meta, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and external advertising networks.
Connect Cultr is not responsible for:
• Algorithm updates
• Account restrictions or suspensions
• Platform outages
• Changes in reach or visibility
• Removed content
• Policy changes by third-party platforms
CAMPAIGN DELIVERY
Typical campaign durations range between 14 to 65 days depending on campaign size, package type, approval processes, and platform conditions.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary.
Connect Cultr reserves the right to adjust campaign pacing, placements, targeting strategies, or rollout methods when necessary to optimise performance.
REFUNDS & SERVICE POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are considered final once a campaign has commenced.
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with results
• External platform behaviour
• Algorithm changes
• Audience response
• Delays caused by incomplete submissions
If Connect Cultr determines that a campaign significantly underdelivered based on internal assessment, we may offer service credits, partial credits, revised campaign support, or discounted future services at our sole discretion.
SUBMISSION APPROVAL
All submissions are subject to internal review and approval.
Connect Cultr reserves the right to reject any submission that may be considered:
• Low quality
• Misleading
• Inappropriate
• Fraudulent
• Copyright infringing
• Unsuitable for our networks or promotional partners
If a campaign cannot proceed following review, Connect Cultr may issue a refund minus payment processing fees and transaction costs where applicable.
Clients may also be offered the option to submit replacement content or transfer credit toward another campaign.
ARTIST CONTENT & RIGHTS
The client confirms they own or have permission to use all submitted music, videos, artwork, branding, trademarks, and promotional assets provided to Connect Cultr.
The client accepts full responsibility for any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or ownership disputes relating to submitted content.
Connect Cultr accepts no liability for claims arising from materials supplied by clients.
REPORTING
Campaign updates may be provided where applicable.
Unless explicitly stated, Connect Cultr does not provide live dashboards or guaranteed reporting systems.
Clients are responsible for monitoring their own streaming analytics and platform insights.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Connect Cultr directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent disputes, abuse of payment systems, or reversed transactions may result in:
• Immediate campaign termination
• Refusal of future services
• Blacklisting from future campaigns
• Submission of evidence to payment providers
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All branding, campaign structures, systems, strategies, graphics, written content, and marketing materials created by Connect Cultr remain the intellectual property of Connect Cultr unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive limited usage rights relating only to purchased deliverables.
WEBSITE USE
You may not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, copy content without permission, or use this website for unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to restrict access to any user or region at our discretion.
